Update: The morning after I posted my review, the business reached out to remedy the situation. I appreciate the quick response. I will be happy to use Rosey Posey the next time I send flowers to my Mom. Next time I may call directly to see what flowers or arrangement are best at the time. I ordered a birthday arrangement for my mother. I looked at reviews for several local florists before selecting Rosey Posey. I spent about an hour selecting an arrangement I thought she would enjoy. The picture showed roses, alstroemeria and mums in fall colors with some leafy greenery. I called to confirm the day before. She received an arrangement of mums, the cheapest flower possible. So disappointed that I wasted $80 on an arrangement of mums.
